Hi I'm Sarah, the founder and owner of The Art of Living.  

 

I became a yoga and meditation teacher in 2015 although I launched deeply into my own mind body education experience many years prior.  

 I've always been a mover - mostly for the joy of it.  Like so many of us I discovered that moving through physicality supported me to move through how stress and anxiety showed up for me.

Retreats

Retreat setting is my "happy place"!  The deeper exploration possible really takes your practice to a new level and can be a platform for transformation.  During my retreats students can expect a healthy mix of flow style practice and a slower paced yin offering each day.
